Fixing Old Behaviours

 

Your Behaviours define You. Whether you like it or not. It is what the universe and everyone around you uses as a basis to determine who you are. It is human nature.

All choices have consequences, that is unavoidable. It is universal law, and if you are choosing your behaviors through poor choices the outcomes of those choices will also become unhealthy.

Your behaviours are a result of your past conditioning, and more specifically they are a result of the choices you have made in the past, whether those choices were made unconsciously or not.

Some behaviours will be working for you, and some won't. What you need to do is locate what is not working for you, and replace them with what will work for you.

Your behaviours, are the outward action you undertake as a reaction to what happens around you.

The choices you make, in any given moment are reflected through the behaviours you externally display to the outside world. What you need to do is that you need to examine the behaviours across your life, your relationships, your career and business.
